Performing at Stars Over Melrose!

Feb 29 2016
Just recently, I had a performance at a town talent show called Stars Over Melrose. When I went on stage I felt excited to be on stage. My performance song was to a piece of music called "Booty Swing",by Parov Stelar. This song is one of my favorite songs, which made this one of my most favorite performances. The song sounds kind of old-fashioned, sort of like something a flapper dancer would like to dance to. That is how we found my theme. I borrowed a flapper like dress from my friend and made a flapper headband, with feathers and everything. By the end of the routine, the crowd was going wild. I loved it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How I Set the World Record for Nooping

Aug 24 2015

I started practicing nose hooping, which is sometimes called Nooping, at Return to Roots. I was nooping continuously and wondered who could nose hoop the longest. During my summer vacation, while my mom was at work, I took videos of myself nose hooping and when I nooped over 100 times, I kept trying to beat the number of times it would go around my nose. After it was over 150 times around my nose, my mom posted it to Recordsetter.com and I beat the previous record holder. I'm very proud of myself. But my mom made me stop nooping for a while because my nose got a big bruise and a bump on it!

The music on the video is by my aunt Julia Rhinelander - she sings in a band called Julia & The Heated from Portland, ME.

Performing with the Boston Hoop Troop!

Jul 01 2015
On my last day of school, it was the first time I had a real job as a hoop dancer! I got to perform my routine with Lolli Hoops at Steve & Kate's camp. The camp really wanted a kid hooper so Lolli invited me to come be part of the Boston Hoop Troop. I am so excited to be in the Boston Hoop Troop!

I made it to Hooping.org!

Jul 01 2015

I'm pretty excited because on June 29, 2015, my video was featured on the Hooping.org website and on their Facebook page.  I love visiting Hooping.org because they show so many different hoopers, their photos and videos.  Here's a link to my video: http://www.hooping.org/2015/06/10-year-old-hooping-harlequin/
